Program Description
To successfully build a planned giving program an
organization needs to identify, cultivate and establish planned
gifts with donors that have the inclination and capacity to
give. Marketing planned gifts and generating leads to close
gifts is of utmost importance to all charities, although
organizations implement marketing programs in various ways. This
session will address the needs and interests of gift planners by
focusing on proven marketing strategies to build a planned
giving program and practical tips for working with donors,
prospects and donor advisors. This presentation was originally
presented at the 2004 National Conference on Planned Giving.
