Program Description

Ever wondered what professional advisors thought nonprofits were doing well in regards to their clients (to be more specific, “your donors”)? This presentation was developed based on a survey of more than 50 practicing legal and financial professionals who work primarily in the area of estate planning. It will be of practical application to anyone who is responsible for planning and executing estate gift marketing activities—whether as a staff member of a nonprofit, an advisor to a nonprofit, or a professional who is a board member.

Learning objectives for this presentation include:
  • Hear “the good, bad, and the ugly” observations about what is and isn’t working in the marketing of planned and estate gifts.
