Policy - All pre-registration
cancellations must be received in writing, via
fax to 317-635-4757, or e-mail to Jerry Kauth at
jerryk@cmcglobal.com. Phone
cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds will be granted according to the
following schedule.
On or before
October 1: Full refund
October 2-13: No refunds, transferable
to a colleague
As an alternative, we
encourage you to transfer your registration to
a colleague at no charge. Transfer of
registration: There is no charge to transfer a
registration to another individual. Please note
that if the individual to whom the registration
is being transferred is not a member of the
Partnership for Philanthropic Planning,
additional non-member registration fees will
apply.
Notice of transfers should be
submitted to Jerry Kauth at
jerryk@cmcglobal.com. Please include
contact information for the individual to whom
the registration is being transferred. On-site
transfers will be accepted.
