This CD contains reports and resource materials that were presented at the 2007 NCPG Assembly of Delegates, or which complement that program. These materials are also available in the Council Leadership Resources section at www.ncpg.org.

The NCPG Assembly of Delegates meeting consists of two parts: The NCPG Business Meeting and the Council Leaders Workshop. The Business Meeting is NCPG’s annual report to our members, and the Workshop is an education/training and networking opportunity to help councils strengthen their programs and membership. The Assembly is not only a governance meeting for NCPG; it’s a time to both learn and share knowledge with fellow council leaders.

The reports presented during the Business Meeting are organized according to NCPG's Ends Policies. The Ends Policies are statements of the specific outcomes that NCPG exists to achieve. All of NCPG's programs and activities are designed to support these ends. NCPG's complete Ends Policies can be read by clicking here. Your council is encouraged to use these as a template for developing similar outcomes statements to guide your activities.
